DUST CAPS AND COVER SHEETS FOR DRUMS AND PAILS

Cover sheets and dust caps shield materials from dirt, dust, moisture, insects and other contaminants during and in-between production.

Cover sheets and dust caps are ideal for protection of electronics, chemicals, inks, paints, pharmaceuticals and food.

Dust caps are made from 4 mil polyethylene and are securely sewn to fit snugly on pails and drums.

Cover sheets are made from unsewn, non-elasticized square or round sheets of a variety of films.

 

Multiple Sizes
Dust caps are available for 5 gallon pails and 30 and 55 gallon drums, as well as other custom sizes.

Cover sheets are available for 5 gallon pails and 12, 16, 30 and 55 gallon drums and tanks, as well as other custom sizes.

All liners are made in America from FDA-approved films.

UltraLiners are blow molded from low-density polyethylene to form a smooth wall that makes them easy to install. A unique, ultra-thin contoured lip snaps over the top bead for an ultra-secure lid fit.

55 gal drum covers

Low-density polyethylene is intended for general use and provides superb tensile strength and elongation, as well as high resistance to tears and flex cracking. Low-density polyethylene is designed for applications up to 175°F.

Anti-stat LDPE contains an internal anti-stat agent to aid in the reduction of static build-up, thus reducing dry chemical static cling and chance of ignition of flammable materials.
