IBC Liners for Animal Feed Packaging

Form-Fit: Fitting to the name, these liners are designed to fit snugly into the container. With a low defect rate and designed to maximize product evacuation, Form-Fit liners are ideal for top-fill applications.
Air-Assist: These liners are similar to Form-Fit liners, except they also include an air bladder, which inflates and helps even further maximize product evacuation. It’s designed for viscous products and enables convenient, hands-free dispensing.
Pillow liners: Standard pillow liners are created using layers of low-density PPE and a barrier film for aseptic applications.
Bag-in-Box for Animal Feed Packaging
Bag-in-box is a viable option for liquid and semi-viscous animal feed packaging. As the name implies, bag-in-box is a two-piece type of packaging format. It consists of a flexible, product-containing bag and a corrugated box that serves as the bag’s outer protective shell. Bag-in-box is ideal when durability is a necessity, but there are various other benefits of this format. For starters, it’s easy and convenient to dispense product thanks to fitments and closures that pop out of the box. Additionally, it’s a format that can accommodate bulk sizes, as flexible bags are available in sizes up to 25 liters.
Drum & Pail Liners for Animal Feed Packaging
Drum and pail liners are another ideal option for bulk quantities of animal feed packaging. CDF’s range of liners – which are applicable for steel and plastic drums and pails, fiber drums, and round-bottom drums and pails – are deep-draw thermoformed and heat-sealed to ensure maximum product protection and to preserve quality.
