Bag-in-Box for Dessert Packaging
Once utilized for liquids, bag-in-box packaging has evolved to a point where it’s able to package more than just beverages and porous products, but semi-viscous products – like dessert toppings – as well.
As the name implies, bag-in-box is a format that consists of two parts – an outer corrugated shell that helps protect the flexible bag containing the product that sits within it. The flexible bag is outfitted with a fitment or spout to make product dispensing easy and convenient.
Bag-in-box is also a suitable option for bulk amounts. CDF’s Cheertainer and pillow-style bags are available in bulk sizes of up to 25 liters.
Smart Pail for Dessert Packaging
A sustainable alternative to plastic pails, Smart Pail is a rigid, vacuum-formed option. It can be topped with a variety of lid options, notably peel/reseal, that help provide an oxygen barrier and maintain product purity. Smart Pail is created using 80 less plastic and can hold 33 percent more product compared to conventional plastic pails. It’s also collapsible and recyclable.
Drum & Pail Liners for Dessert Packaging

Our liners are created via deep-draw thermoforming and heat sealing, helping ensure maximum quality from the initial fill to the end of its use.
