Plymouth, MA: CDF Corporation announced that Iris Thomas, National Sales and Business Development Manager, was appointed to the Executive Board of the Petroleum Packaging Council (PPC).
Iris was nominated and voted in by the membership in the Summer of 2020 and started her position on January 1st, 2021. Her term runs for six years. As an Executive Board Member, Iris joins Jeremy Henry, Director of Operations of BG Products; Kevin Whitehead, Sales Manager of Plastipak Packaging; Tony Swedersky, President, EPak Machinery; Stephen Estok, General Manager at CKS Packaging and Sam Merenda, President, and Owner of Graphics 2 Press. The Executive Board’s responsibilities are to govern and direct the association, determine the association’s policies, actively pursue the association’s purposes, and have discretion in the disbursement of the association’s funds. Iris has been an Associate Member of the PPC since 2009 and has served on the board since 2014.
