IBC Liners for Salad Dressing Packaging
CDF’s IBC liners are designed to maximize the purity of the product they’re holding and also help enhance overall product evacuation. CDF’s IBC liners include conventional pillow-shaped liners, Form-Fit liners, and Air-Assist liners. All are designed to fit the internal shape of the container and aid with product evacuation. In fact, the Air-Assist liner yields up to 99.5 percent product evacuation when compared to conventional IBC liners.
Bag-in-Box for Salad Dressing Packaging
Bag-in-box packaging is a two-piece format that consists of both an outer corrugated shell and an inner flexible bag. The corrugated portion of the package serves as protection for the flexible bag, which holds the product and sits inside the box. The bag is outfitted with fitments and closures to assist with product evacuation.
The bag-in-box format is as convenient as it is easy to use. It’s also applicable for semi-viscous liquids, like salad dressing – and it’s available in bulk sizes. In fact, CDF’s bags are available in bulk sizes up to 25 liters. What’s more, CDF has achieved UN Certification on its 20-liter bag-in-box packaging, meeting stringent transportation requirements for food and beverage products.
Smart Pail for Salad Dressing Packaging
An alternative to the conventional plastic pail, CDF’s Smart Pail is a semi-rigid, vacuum-formed pail that uses 80 percent less plastic compared to conventional pails. It can also hold up to 33 percent more product.
Smart Pail can also be outfitted with peel-reseal lidding to keep the product it’s holding both secure and fresh. And unlike conventional plastic pails, Smart Pail is both collapsible and fully recyclable.
