Seed Treatments Packaging
Looking for innovative solutions for seed treatments packaging? CDF has the solutions.
IBC Liners for Seed Treatments Packaging
CDF’s IBC liners are purposefully designed to ensure product purity while offering durability and quality. We can customize IBC liners to meet specific needs by optimizing film choices and fitments for your application. Some of the IBC liners we offer at CDF include:

Form-Fit: As the name implies, these liners are designed to fit the internal shape of any IBC container. Ideal for top-fill applications, Form-Fit liners offer better evacuation rates than conventional pillow liners.
Air-Assist: The Air-Assist liner is similar to the Form-Fit liner, but with an air bladder to help even more with product evacuation. Here’s how it works: As the air bladder inflates, it pushes against the liner and assists with product evacuation. It’s ideal for hands-free, convenient dispensing.
Pillow liners: We also offer conventional pillow-shaped liners. Our pillow liners are available for any process, whether you top-fill, bottom-fill, automatic fill, or high-speed fill.
Bag-in-Box for Seed Treatments Packaging
Bag-in-box packaging consists of an outer corrugated box that serves as a protective shell for an inner flexible bag. Originally developed for beverages due to the format’s dispensing ease, bag-in-box has since been expanded to more applications, including seeds treatment chemicals. Some of the key benefits of the bag-in-box format include:
UN certified: CDF’s 20-liter package passes level two and three UN certification, meaning it meets transportation standards.
Ease of use: The bags are outfitted with spouts and fitments to make dispensing easy and convenient.
Available in bulk sizes: Bags range up to 25 liters in size, making them applicable for bulk sizes.
Drum & Pail Liners for Seed Treatments Packaging
At CDF, we offer drum and pail liners for steel drums and pails, plastic drums and pails, fiber drums, and round-bottom drums. Our liners are deep draw thermoformed and help protect the product from the initial fill through the end use, while maximizing the container’s reuse. There are many benefits associated with drum and pail liners for seed treatments packaging, including:
Offering a waterproof barrier.
Protecting products from any outside sources that could potentially contaminate them.
Preventing corrosion and reducing maintenance of the drum or pail.

40% = 34.7 million tons
According to a Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) study, nearly 40% – or 34.7 million tons – of all produced foods are sent to landfill each year.

Cost Savings of Sustainable Packaging
CDF’s solutions are more than just sustainable, but cost-effective too. Designed to streamline filling and easily integrate onto the shop floor, CDF’s packaging solutions are intended to help benefit your bottom line as well.

Environmental Impact of CDF Solutions
Bag-in-box, drum and pail liners, and IBC liners are as good for the environment as they are for packaging your product. Take bag-in-box, for instance. The corrugated shell portion of the bag-in-box packaging is fully recyclable and the flexible bag is created using fewer materials and fewer resources.
All of CDF’s solutions also help maximize transport logistics, allowing more packaging to fit on fewer trucks. This helps conserve transportation costs and also helps reduce carbon emissions.
