The Site Content may not be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced, published or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of CDF, except that you may download Site Content to any single computer for your personal use only, provided you keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices and comply with any applicable end user license agreements.   No part of any Site Content may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (but in no event for resale or redistribution).

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any name, trademarks, service marks, Site Content or other proprietary information of CDF without first obtaining the express written consent of CDF.

Data

You acknowledge and agree that CDF shall have a royalty-free, perpetual, paid-in-full, irrevocable, non-exclusive and transferable right and license to use any and all data, records and other information transmitted to, by or through the Site, or otherwise provided to CDF in connection with the use of the Site (the “Data”), for CDF’s business purposes and for all media now known or later developed.   Included within the rights set forth above, CDF shall have the specific right to develop, populate and modify a database embodying all the Data compiled by CDF on the Site (the “Site Database”).   You acknowledge that the Site Database is continually refined and updated and that the Site Database may expand as a result of the Data obtained during your use of the Site.   As a condition of using this Site, you further agree that (i) CDF may gather such Data by physical or electronic means; and (ii) CDF will retain ownership of, and all right, title and interest in and to, the Site Database, as amended from time to time.

DRUMSAVER, PAILSAVER, LINERPRO, EZ-STRAINER, CHEMLINER, ULTRALINER and the CDF logo, and other marks indicated on this Site, are trademarks and service marks of CDF, in the United States and other countries.   CDF trademarks, service marks and trade dress may not be used without the prior written permission of CDF.   All other trademarks not owned by CDF that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to or sponsored by CDF.

Accuracy and Integrity of Information

Although CDF attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Site, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site.   It is possible that the Site could include typographical errors, inaccuracies or other errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made to the Site by third parties.   In the event that an inaccuracy arises, please inform CDF.   Information contained on the Site may be changed or updated without notice.

Interactive Areas

With respect to any interactive areas on the Site, if any, you may post comments and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, only so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and only so long as such content does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam.
